In Poppi, in the heart of the Casentino, CTH Resilia was born from the meeting of research, work and knowledge. It is a place designed for people who work independently and digitally, but who choose to do so without giving up the quality of their relationships or the authenticity of their surroundings. S2R and NHAZCA, two companies founded as university spin-offs, have turned the premises of the old local agricultural consortium into a modern, dynamic building. With it comes a different way of understanding research: not distant or abstract, but living and everyday, able to connect with the real needs of people and places. Here ideas do not stay on paper: they take shape in conversations, in shared projects, in the cross-fertilisation between different kinds of experience. CTH Resilia is a space where knowledge circulates. A place where a skill can become an opportunity for exchange, where a question can turn into a project, where individual work draws strength from the collective dimension. All around is the Casentino, which is not merely a backdrop but an active part of this experience. The Casentino offers time, focus and inspiration. The premises in pictures
The Casentino Tech Hub RESILIA is a plural, multi-purpose space, open to the local area in order to offer new opportunities and services. The spaces of the old agricultural consortium have been repurposed in a modern key and fitted with state-of-the-art digital infrastructure and tools. The building, fully refurbished to guarantee full structural and energy efficiency, keeps its historic character while looking to the future. Inside, alongside the offices of the two founding companies, there are coworking rooms, meeting rooms and a large event hall.
